made a quick stop at my local Bakers supermarket yesterday, and what did i see? a wicked good sale on tubs of Double Bubble! complete with cardboard halfpipe, and cardboard skaters locking up on the lips. Sk8 tags from L to R include
"skateboarding is not a crime", a terrible attempt at the Indy logo, complete with "built to grind" above it, "shred!", the Darkstar and Zero logos, "sk8 punk" and the anarchy symbol.
because nothing says 4.99 chewing gum like ANARCHY!!!!!!!1

Time Machine
i understand the danger in drawing a cartoon that one in a hundred people will understand, let alone find funny.
im ok with that.

Yesterday was the Pump Up the Ditch Jam!
Hoards of skaters from across Nebraska flocked to Lincolns favorite drainage ditch for a day of shreding, relaxing, and hanging out with good friends.

this was broken board #1 of 3. he owes some kids some new wood.
steve takes a very relaxed attitude towards photo taking, despite the crowd.
the only caption i could think of was "ARRGH"

please note the swampy gentleman in the bottom left. when sitting near a filthy ditch, be sure not to lose your balance.
